Planning for the weekly activities for the whole students and arranging art classes.
Implementing behavior modification to students with different cases such as: autism, mental retardation, down syndrome, learning disabilities and children with behavior problems.

Monitoring of teachers and the students by checking the lesson plans and observing them inside the classroom.
Dealing with different government and non-government sectors for some social work projects like giving low cost therapy to some public sped schools, and non-government organizations.
Creating programs for the whole school year both academics and non-academics (field trips, attending seminars and attending community projects).
Acting as a coordinator for the Sped Awareness program not only in the SPED center but with the involvement of the community.
Managing different activities and programs related to community involvement of the school and the students.
Responsible for the tie-ups or partnership of the SPED Center and other institutions.
Updating permits and legal documents of the SPED Center and other government certifications.
SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER
Act as an Activity Coordinator. Planning an activity for the whole year and implementing the said activity.
Handling preschool students with different cases.
Implementing activities especially during arts and crafts.
Giving tutors to students under mainstream and inclusion program.
Making of an IEP and leading a meeting for it, making of daily lesson plans, daily activities and implementing management skills inside the classroom.
Giving trainings for interns by providing lectures and assisting them in handling kids.
Committee to certain program such ah: Foundation Day, Christmas Program, Closing of Academic Year Program and Science week.
HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
Responsible for the screening and interviewing of applicants and providing Psychological Exams, IQ Tests and some other exams related to the work they are applying for.
Making of narrative results of the exams of the applicants.
Responsible in taking care of the documentation of 201 Files of the employees and reviewing it.
Doing the background investigations of the employees especially those who are candidate for regularization and promotion.
