b. Worked for M/s pace process controls pvt Ltd at client site such as reliance industry pvt limited Jamnagar from November 2016 to June 2017.(7 months)
As an instrumentation and control system engineer in detailed maintenance, commissioning and development co-ordination of instruments and control system in power plants.
1.Installation and loop checking of the field instruments.
2.Review of control philosophy, P&I diagrams, cause &effect diagrams, instrument list and flow chart.
3.Site survey & develop construction drawings like FO & Instrumentation cable route layouts, instrumentation installation drawings, hook up drawings, instrument junction box layouts & panel location layout drawings, etc., as per site requirements.
4.Calibration and transmitter rang setting by using HART Transmitter.
5.Technical support for the instrumentation team.
6.Supervisory activities in erection of field instruments such as pressure transmitter, flow transmitter, level transmitters.
7.Co-ordination with client/consultant for approval of the same and execution.
8.Perform site inspection for the incoming materials and prepare reports.
9.Co-ordination with client for inspection of field instruments, panel, after completion of installation & testing activities and finally achieve timely completion of the project.
10. Planning, scheduling and achieving the progress of instrumentation job in the plant.

This project main for fire accidents are occurring very frequently in public transport system which causes the loss of most valuable human lives and the government property, by using sensors detect fire accidents and activate the micro controller it sends information to alarms, water sprinkler system and the motor to automatically open the emergency door of the bogie in which the accidents took place
