Customer rejection stated (NCMR) irregular fit condition as assembly plant. Upon investigation, I discovered hardware inconsistencies in 3 fixtures otherwise not detected during tooling changes. Resolved build issue with rear tail lamp being inverted at assy plant buy redesign of locating tabs into the plastic mold (tooling) to assure repeatable quality. Warranty cost reduction 325k over 2 years.
