Responsible for the operation of Authorized Stockage Lines (ASL) valued at over $25 million.
The SSA maintained a Customer Wait Time (CWT) of 16 days or less, Requisition Wait Time (RWT) of 25 days or less, and a Demand Fill Rate (DFR) of 18% or higher, resulting in improved customer response and increased operational readiness.
Led the maintenance company and battalion’s redeployment to re-establish the warehouse and maintenance operations (April 2011)
MAINTENANCE CONTROL OFFICER 2009-2010
Part of a team that was recognized by the Under Secretary of Defense for receiving the AAME (Army Achievement for Maintenance Excellence) at Ft. Bliss, TX 2009.
