I am not currently a State of Ohio Notary, but was previously registered as a Notary Public in Florida.

Set up client files (which was broken down into 12 sub-files) which included labeling all sub-files to include client name, dates of accident, liens, wage and employment information, medical records, miscellaneous letters and correspondence, as well as many other types of sub-files which differed by case.

Created and maintained computer based “job book” for easier access to job descriptions and locations. Prepared various Florida Department of Environmental Protection Agency geological reports for submittal to FDEP for approval. Ordering office supplies and maintaining office equipment. Initiated and completed conversion of 250,000 index card system to computer database created to my specifications. After this conversion was completed card file system was no longer used.
