-I currently work with patients and help them with their financial liabilities through the hospital.
-I provide charity care options for poverty level families.
- I have access to state governed systems to help better assist patients on determining the eligibility criteria for Medicaid.
- I educate patients on the importance of carrying health insurance and provide them with dates and brochures on marketplace open enrollment.
-I meet with management on a monthly base to come up with strategies to provide ultimate care to our patients. Accomplishments I am more familiar of the financial background of the hospital and with the knowledge I have gained I feel it can give me better opportunities for the future.

I make outbound calls for collection of payment.
