Visual inspections of field joints on pressure piping, reactors, regenerators, fractionators and heat exchangers.

Witnessed Destructive Test of welded specimen for WPS approval. Line check, preparation of punch list and assist in test pack preparation. Witnessed Hydro test, Leak test, Pneumatic test, Pad leak test, Flushing/Air Blowing, Air test, Vacuum test as per approved procedure.

Conducted repair reduction and welder performance improvement program. Reviewed NDT procedure and monitored NDT activities like RT, MT, PT, HT, and PMI&FN. Monitored Pre Heat/PWHT (Post Weld Heat Treatment) and Reviewed PWHT charts in accordance with client procedure and specification.
