Establishment of the new Human Resources Department for marketing, advertising, and branding business for three advertising agencies.


Provide executive-level human resources leadership, management and strategy of all aspects of human resources for 100+ employees throughout three companies. Created business continuity, employment handbooks and maintain compliance with federal and state laws.
