FAITH COMES BY HEARING - Albuquerque, NM

Partnered with Bible Societies and other Bible text owners in the region, to provide them with top quality audio recordings of Scripture. Utilizing these recordings - worked with the same text owners to put the Bible in the hands of the digitally connected and unconnected by:

Negotiating contracts with Bible publishers for use of their texts in producing recordings

Working with partners to incorporate audio Bible listening devices into their existing programs.

Developing broad Scripture engagement strategies with implementing partners.

Working with ministry partners to quickly resource refugees with audio Bibles.

Traveling internationally 20% of the time.

WYCLIFFE BIBLE TRANSLATORS - Orlando, FL

Directed the IT, Management & Next Generation (youth) recruiting teams. These teams tracked over 1000 active candidates and recruited members for 500 open positions. ONE MISSION SOCIETY (OMS) - Haines City, FL

Established regional office in Florida, creating a stream of motivated recruits and financial support for the worldwide activities of OMS. Built the OMS brand name among Florida churches and donors through personal contact, visits and events.

Recruited missionaries for long-term overseas service.

Recruited teams for short-term overseas projects.

Built awareness of OMS projects and solicited gifts form major donors for these projects.

Russia Field Director

ONE MISSION SOCIETY (OMS) - Moscow, Russia

Facilitated church growth by working with young Russian pastors to establish a new Russian association of churches. Gave oversight for the Moscow Evangelical Christian Seminary (MECS), as Board Director. Supervised all OMS missionaries in Russia.

Worked with church leaders and legal counsel to establish new churches in Russia.

Guided the leadership of MECS in developing funding sources and expansion of the facility.

Personally raised funds for MECS.

Recruited, trained and supervised missionaries and Russian pastors for OMS work in Russia.

Church Planter

Lead team that started a new church in Rybinsk, Russia. Conducted Bible studies and introduced a curriculum of Bible-based morals and ethics to the local school system.
