As the provider and integrator for the 787s flight deck and crew alerting system, pilot controls, communication system and safety / surveillance system, most Rockwell Collins solutions are found in the front of the aircraft. Rockwell Collins avionics found in various locations throughout the airplane. Integrated Surveillance System, Weather Radar Antenna Unit, Flight Deck Recorders, Flight Deck Audio System, Core Network. (March 2011 – January 2012). Post wave components on circuit cards as well as built up avionics units.

DRS Optronics – Melbourne Florida

DVE - Driver Vision Enhancement-Assisted team responsible for integration of 2500 plus units a month .Worked with engineering in support of new design for the Stryker Brigade. Implemented new process procedures to insure yielded – stick rate remained at 95% or better. Helped team achieve 480 million in sales. (October 2008 - June 2009).

Quality Inspector

In process inspection of TWS piece parts and sub-assemblies including eye – piece models in clean room environment. Certified to procedure 8000550 to perform inspection of eye pieces after ESS testing, final product inspection. Record keeping of documentation. Shipping and Receiving inspection on first piece products.
