oMobil Solar Energy Corporation developed a process, called EFG, to grow polycrystalline Silicon in the form of ribbons. Led a team to characterize the EFG silicon ribbons and solar cells built on the ribbons. Managed a team to develop advanced techniques for growing multiple Silicon ribbons simultaneously, and in-situ purification of the material.
