CCBCU is the third largest bottler of Coca-Cola products and

are the largest privately held Coca-Cola bottler employing more

than 8200 employees. Bottling locations include Birmingham,

AL, Montgomery, AL, Chattanooga, TN, Marietta, GA, College

Park, GA, Baton Rouge, LA, New Orleans, LA with two

additional locations coming on-board later 2017.

Regional Technical Manager

I serve under the Corporate Quality Manager with my office in

New Orleans. I travel to each filling location supporting the

Quality Managers and their labs as needed. This will include,

but is not limited to, interviewing members for new positions,

writing SOP’s, reviewing quality test data, investigating and

addressing large quality issues, addressing equipment issues and

needs, working with vendors, providing employee training

where needed, etc. I also support transitioning plants.

Western Container Corp. is the premier manufacturer of PET

beverage containers for the Coca-Cola bottling system.

Technical Service Engineer

Responsibilities are to provide product information and support

to our Coca-Cola bottling partners to ensure success with our

products within their manufacturing facilities. To also serve as

a liaison between our WCC facilities and our customers.

Received Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt Certification

Black Belt Certification.

3/98 – 3/08 Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities include developing and implementing all

quality improvement systems. Direct supervision of 7 Quality

Assurance Technicians. Meeting and/or exceeding Coca-

Cola’s quality requirements, as well as our own.

Developed the WCC-Hattiesburg quality system including standard operating procedures for all quality testing and inspections, a document control program, a calibration program, and a sanitation program (ASI/GMP)

Responsible for training all WCC-Hattiesburg members in Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and the requirements for the American Sanitation Institute (ASI)

Shared responsibility for maintaining the computer network system

Responsible for visiting all WCC-Hattiesburg’s Coca-Cola Bottlers as well as responding to quality issues

Hood Cable is the manufacturer of wiring harnesses for General

Motors Cadillac Luxury Car Division (CLCD)

(3/96-1/98) for the Columbia facility

Quality Control Manager (6/97-9/97) for the Lumberton

facility in addition to the Columbia facility. Responsibilities

include developing and implementing all quality improvement

systems complete with employee training. Direct supervision

of 41 employees in Columbia and 5 employees in Lumberton.

All of General Motors CLCD’s quality expectations were met

or exceeded.

Completed and maintained all required CLCD documentation including F.E.M.A.’s, process control plans, process flow diagrams, quality audits and in-process checks.

Assumed major role in assisting both Columbia and Lumberton facilities through a stringent QS9000 certification process.

QS9000 certification was obtained 12/97

Used Statistical Process Control (SPC) to aid in monitoring and eliminating problem areas.

Industrial Engineer (2/95-3/96) for the Columbia facility.

Prepared daily efficiency reports of each employee and

performed time and motion studies to improve these

efficiencies. I continually sought ways to improve operations

and cut costs.
