than 8200 employees. Bottling locations include Birmingham,
AL, Montgomery, AL, Chattanooga, TN, Marietta, GA, College
Park, GA, Baton Rouge, LA, New Orleans, LA with two
additional locations coming on-board later 2017.
Regional Technical Manager
I serve under the Corporate Quality Manager with my office in
New Orleans. I travel to each filling location supporting the
Quality Managers and their labs as needed. This will include,
but is not limited to, interviewing members for new positions,
writing SOP’s, reviewing quality test data, investigating and
addressing large quality issues, addressing equipment issues and
needs, working with vendors, providing employee training

Responsibilities are to provide product information and support
to our Coca-Cola bottling partners to ensure success with our
products within their manufacturing facilities. To also serve as
a liaison between our WCC facilities and our customers.
Received Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt Certification

quality improvement systems. Direct supervision of 7 Quality

Developed the WCC-Hattiesburg quality system including standard operating procedures for all quality testing and inspections, a document control program, a calibration program, and a sanitation program (ASI/GMP)

facility in addition to the Columbia facility. Responsibilities
include developing and implementing all quality improvement
systems complete with employee training. Direct supervision
of 41 employees in Columbia and 5 employees in Lumberton.
All of General Motors CLCD’s quality expectations were met
or exceeded.
Completed and maintained all required CLCD documentation including F.E.M.A.’s, process control plans, process flow diagrams, quality audits and in-process checks.
Assumed major role in assisting both Columbia and Lumberton facilities through a stringent QS9000 certification process.

Used Statistical Process Control (SPC) to aid in monitoring and eliminating problem areas.
