Responsible for resourceful drill operations & generation of sufficient muck to match with mine plan for excavation from opencast mine in tune of 2, 50,000 tpd. Used to work with software’s like JK Simblast, Split Desktop, Shotplus-5, Fly rock predictor etc. Expertise in EBS blasting, Presplitting techniques & best in class control & segregation blast techniques.
Exposure as loading & hauling coordinator, handling of Truck dispatch system (TDS-Modular) & Simulator’s for online monitoring and behavioral skill mapping of team. HEMM Fleet Management, Waste Dump Management, Haul-road Management, hence responsible for tyre life & De watering etc.
Worked involves use of highly mechanized fleet of HEMM viz. Dumpers (100/240 t), Hyd. Excavators (6/15/34 m3), Dozers (D- 355 & 475), Water Sprinkler, Grader, R T dozers (RT) etc.

Also been responsible for crushing of limestone & feeding to plant thru gyratory crusher having capacity of 800 tpd.
Coordinating with Lab to ensure quality of limestone muck pile.
