o Calculated various pressures and forces acting on cylinder at each crank angle from 00 to 3600. o Performed stress and thermal analysis on connecting rod and piston using “Engine Student”. o Compared Pressures, shaking forces and other important data generated from Engine student with MATLAB equations.

Comparing regular materials with composite materials. o Calculated stresses on regular material (steel) and composite materials at different angles. o Estimated total cost of the design for using regular material and composite material. o Determined stress and failure points for regular material and composite material using NASTRAN CAD.

Performed heat treatment on Titanium Ti-6Al-4V

o Observed changes in Physical and Mechanical properties of Titanium with respect to temperature and time.
