I successfully managed the Facilitation of payroll of 150 employees spread over 7 countries from one center point (Nairobi).

Successfully managing and aligning different Telecommunication projects namely (ALU, Comviva, Tech- Mahindra, FLY-TEXT, Avaya and NWSM) as per the HR and business Strategy.

I handled and prepared documentation of all 77 expatriates who joined the different projects across East and Southern Africa.

Successful Managing and facilitating medical cover for all the employees within the 7 countries (Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Malawi, Zambia and Seychelles)

Successfully recruiting different nationalities for the different six different projects.

In collaboration with the OSHA Department, Administration Department I Successfully facilitated with the ISO Certification.
