Coordination with Technical panels and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.

Resourcing & Screening resumes through Database, Various Job portals or else internal reference and short listing based on desired skills and experience.

Conducting telephonic and personal interviews with the HR Manager & Department heads and handling of all interview formalities.

Preparing various letters such as Offer letter, Appointment order, Increment letter, Confirmation letter, Show Cause notice and In-plant trainee letters & Certificates.

Handling of pre medical examination and employment verification for shortlisted candidates.

Conduction New joiner’s Orientation and Induction Training while Joining.

Recruiting and Dealing with Manpower Consultancies, Placement officers & Industrial Training Institutes.

Preparing the Service Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements for new joiners.


Preparing appraisal forms for period completing employees and coordinating with the department heads for appraising them.

Appraisal process will be started before the duration of 3 months from the employee’s date of period completion.

Maintaining the appraisal MIS reports.

Keeping track of Appraisals for probation & confirmation and Increment of employees.

Monitoring the appraisals of all plants and coordinating with them to complete the processes on time.


Identification of training needs from the department heads and nominating the employees for training.

Coordinating with the External & Internal trainers regarding the training schedule.

Arranging Travel & Accommodation for External trainers.

Scheduling the training programs and making all the arrangements.

Conducting pre & post test for the participants about the subject of training.

Initializing IN-house training from inter department staffs to share knowledge that they have in their respective fields (like ISO, EMS Awareness & 5s).

Evaluating training effectiveness through the feedback from the participants & HOD’s.

Evaluation of the employee’s post training program through their department heads.


Maintaining the Resumes Databank from direct walk-ins and internal references.

Responsible for Employees Salary accounts.

Monitoring the payments for manpower consultancies.

Coordination with Payroll team for maintaining employee’s personnel records.

Maintaining Register of Workmen for every employee (Form 1).

Monitoring the pre medical examination of new joiners and maintaining the medical reports of them with their personnel file.


Previously employed at Wealth Zone Financial Services Pvt.Ltd, Coimbatore as Management Trainee from July’2011 to Nov’2012.

Wealth Zone financial Services Pvt.Ltd, is the service provider through selling the Mutual Funds & Insurance products. They had tied up with all Mutual Funds and Insurance companies such as HDFC, ICICI, Birla, IDBI & etc.,
