Warehouse Manager (Shipping & Receiving) Oct. 2017 – Present

Perform start up meeting for shift (Production, Safety, etc.)

Go into SAP and setup all inbound trucks into system so they can be scanned and received.

Go into SAP and print out all load and pull sheets for outbound.

After each inbound truck is finished I check SAP to ensure all product has been received and put away.

After each outbound truck is finished I go into SAP and PGI (bill) every PO number on the load then print out bills (Invoices and Run sheets) for the load to give to carrier.

I walk the warehouse to ensure all safety and company rules are being followed.

Take disciplinary actions on employees when company rules and safety rules are being broken or production is not being meet.

Walk warehouse at the end of the shift to ensure cleanness.

Send end of day shift report to plant manager to show what was accomplished during the shift.

Check WMS at the end of the shift to make sure all ASN’s are closed out systematically so it can bridge over and be closed in SAP.

Do daily audits and weekly cycle counts to ensure inbound and outbound inventory accuracy is correct.

Check the ERP system to make sure everything is flowing well both inward and outward in the business.

Take product out of Navision when it gets shipped.
