Approving NPI products readiness review, PFMEA process, drawing releases. Improve manufacturing product design and building required tooling for new products. Produced labor and budget forecasts including new equipment requirements and labor process improvement projects.

Leading development of NPI power products simultaneously including TRUs, battery charges & power products.

Produced and delivered Product Alert notifications to educate and inform assembly team.

Streamlined and authored non-conforming materials system to address common repairs which can be completed without additional engineering expertise to increase efficiency, saving time and thousands in material cost.

Selected Projects & Achievements: Directed and executed the transfer of selected products build process and documentation to a facility located in Taiwan using lean and cellular manufacturing techniques which reduced overall labor costs.
