Chicago Bridge and Iron @ Cameron LNG May 2016 – Feb. 2018 Project Administrator Specialist (2017-2018) – Includes some responsibilities of Admin. Assistant as well as planning construction manpower activities to align with Level 3 Schedule. Added work packs to SitePro for activities not in original scope. Entered production progress and relayed information to Instrumentation and Electrical Superintendents needed to achieve scheduled goals set by Project Management. Also developed a log to track A-Sheets for Commissioning and QC turnovers. Pipe & Structural Administrative Assistant (2016-2017)- Built a Spent vs Earned database to track Foremen and General Foremen’s production to report to the Superintendents. Optimized the way construction recorded progress by supplying foremen with controlled progress sheets. Compiled reports, logged progression, charted results from phased array and eddy current results for the client. Assisted management with document control and complied reports as needed. Also tracked and issued equipment to field testing groups. Willbros Downstream LLC @ Chevron Administrative Assistant May-Jun. 2015 Set up classes for OSCA, RSO training and drug screens. Onsite timekeeping for day and night shifts. Assisted the Project Manager daily concerning personnel issues, ordering permanent and consumable material. Field duties included, dissembling half/ full faced respirators to replace filters, gaskets and cartridges. Performance Contractors Inc. @ Valero Pipefitter Helper Feb. - Apr. 2015 Prepped/fit pipes, beams, and flanges for welders. Installation of small valves, plugs supports and flanges. Keen attention to detail, ability to follow verbal and written instructions, highly motivated with problem solving skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team, permitting and LOTO procedures, proficiency with computers as well as MS Office and various programs, knowledge of instrumentation and industrial equipment, experience with 10-12 hour shifts, physically fit, can walk or stand for long periods of time, climbing heights, use of fall protection, and confined space trained. TWIC & OSHA card holder. Willing to travel if needed.
