Chicago Bridge and Iron @ Cameron LNG May 2016 – Feb. 2018 Project Administrator Specialist (2017-2018) – Includes some responsibilities of Admin. Assistant as well as planning construction manpower activities to align with Level 3 Schedule. Added work packs to SitePro for activities not in original scope. Entered production progress and relayed information to Instrumentation and Electrical Superintendents needed to achieve scheduled goals set by Project Management. Also developed a log to track A-Sheets for Commissioning and QC turnovers. Pipe & Structural Administrative Assistant (2016-2017)- Built a Spent vs Earned database to track Foremen and General Foremen’s production to report to the Superintendents. Optimized the way construction recorded progress by supplying foremen with controlled progress sheets. Processed in new hires, gave safety orientations, and granted gate access for vendors, visitors and new hires with correct credentials. Issued FRC vouchers, tracked absenteeism, late ins and early outs, relayed necessary information to HR for disciplinary actions, issued out and processed check corrections for Payroll. Special projects including: processing vendor timesheets for previous months for back-charging, finding/printing/organizing drawings for field engineers, general foremen and foremen.

Atlas @ Sinclair Oil Refinery Radioactive Field Testing Admin Assistant Jul. – Sept. 2015 Processed new hires, instructed offsite training orientations. Compiled reports, logged progression, charted results from phased array and eddy current results for the client. Assisted management with document control and complied reports as needed. Also tracked and issued equipment to field testing groups. Willbros Downstream LLC @ Chevron Administrative Assistant May-Jun. 2015 Set up classes for OSCA, RSO training and drug screens. Onsite timekeeping for day and night shifts. Assisted the Project Manager daily concerning personnel issues, ordering permanent and consumable material. Field duties included, dissembling half/ full faced respirators to replace filters, gaskets and cartridges. Performance Contractors Inc. @ Valero Pipefitter Helper Feb. - Apr. 2015 Prepped/fit pipes, beams, and flanges for welders. Installation of small valves, plugs supports and flanges. Use of hand and power tools, climbed to heights for various job tasks with use of fall protection. Installed and removed gaskets and bolts with use of supplied air.
Triad Instr. and Controls @ Conoco-Philips Instrumentation Technician Helper Oct.- Dec. 2014 Assembled pressure, flow and level transmitters. Mounted stands for the instrumentation. Measured, cut and filed edges of trays, supports and struts for steam trace. Assisted with pressure tests on newly installed transmitters. Secured 1/2” and 1” pneumatic tubing to structures and installed hand valves. Assisted in modifying existing transmitters, trays, struts and supports using hand or power tools. Assisted with installation of deckron for steam trace.
