In-depth business analysis of the existing architecture and preparing specifications required for designing new EDI/MFT application.

The project was an IS implementation of the CPG client to split into two independent organizations for different business groups respectively.

Participated in migration of approximately 1000 trading partners across various protocols on EDI application.
