I reported to the family after each visit.

I made sure the family was up to date on all matters concerning my client. I provided respite for the family and took on some of the major responsibilities.

Duties included supervising 15-20 children in all aspects of daily living, providing a safe nurturing environment, providing direction, meals, transportation, supervised outings, used de-escalation techniques, and approved restraint technician when necessary, and contributed to the implementation and evaluation of their care plans.
