The company provides retirement planning services to senior clients related to insurance sales, financial planning products and investment advice working with nationally recognized companies. Reporting to the Senior Broker/Consultant of the office, my responsibilities included, but were not limited to the:
• General supervision of the office ensuring that all marketing materials and files were updated, maintained and in good order.
• Processing all new business applications and contracts on a timely manner as generated by the Principal and two Financial Analyst/Brokers.
• Interacting with incoming client service calls to update requested information while making changes to existing policies as required or directed and interfacing with provider company counterparts to obtain client information.
• Hiring, supervising and training a subordinate service administrator to react to any administrative needs required by the brokers or for the client’s.
• Functioning as the first point of contact with incoming clients by responding to any questions they may have regarding their Life, Health, Disability, SEPS, IRA or Annuity policies.
• Arranging all client appointments, whether at the office or at the client’s residence, for the Senior Broker/Consultant.
• Planning and organizing all site seminars for the office that involved mailing mailer invitations to potential clients, arranging hall and food accommodations at various restaurants, preparing and disseminating all marketing materials for guests, planning appropriate seating for the audience and interacting with clients to answer any questions before, during and after presentation.
• Preparing all advertising media required by the business as directed by the Senior Broker/Consultant.
• Attending regional and national conferences with the Senior Broker learning new product offerings and interacting with provider executives to promote the professionalism and reputation of the office.
• Aiding the Senior Broker in the development and monitoring of the offices financial budget, reconciling and adjusting as necessary and delivering/depositing cash receipts and checks to the bank. Education/Certifications/Computer Proficiencies
