2014 – Present Service Manager

Manage twelve full time field service employees, of that twelve ten field service technicians are in the continual United States and two field service technicians OCONUS. I work with field service technicians to insure the proper working functions of systems under the care of Logis-Tech, inc., to provide weekly guidance to all of the field service technicians under my direct supervision to ensure that all contract objectives are met. To produce monthly status reports for customers on the condition of equipment. To provide a comprehensive training program for all field service technicians. Other duties include providing service quotes and coordination between field service technicians and outside customers. As well as the logistical duties of coordination of shipping of equipment and materials to field technicians and outside customers.

2003 – 2014 Field Service Technician

Maintain all 64 dehumidification systems under my direct control in eight states. This is done through monitoring of all systems through a web based program and opening work orders and acting on those work orders in a timely manner to ensure that all systems are fully functional at all times. To ensure that all part time employees under my direct supervision have technical support when needed and to provide them with all the necessary supplies for their duties. To ensure that all part time employees are up to date with all administrative issues and to ensure that I myself am up to date with all administrative issues required for my position.

Quality Assurance Capabilities:

Interpret data from web based monitoring system.

Ensure that all work orders are completed in a timely manner.

Ensure that all data has been entered into the data base in a timely fashion for reporting.
