Manage twelve full time field service employees, of that twelve ten field service technicians are in the continual United States and two field service technicians OCONUS. Maintain all 64 dehumidification systems under my direct control in eight states. This is done through monitoring of all systems through a web based program and opening work orders and acting on those work orders in a timely manner to ensure that all systems are fully functional at all times. To ensure that all part time employees under my direct supervision have technical support when needed and to provide them with all the necessary supplies for their duties.
