Served as an electrical engineer to develop an ETAP Electrical System Study for the Chevron Phillips CPCHem Petrochemicals Project consisting of nine (9) substations from 138kV to 480V with 34.5kV infrastructure and with the capability of starting two (2) 20,000HP synchronous motors.
Served as the lead electrical engineer to oversee all electrical projects at the Shell Deer Park Plant in Deer Park, Tx. Lead electrical engineer over the $60M Substation Replacement Project. Included one, prefabricated PCR and ship loose electrical equipment. The PCR included 5kV switchgear with attached MCC and 480V switchgear with attached MCC. The ship loose equipment included thirty, 15kV breakers, 5kV switchgear with attached MCC and three 480V switchgear line-ups with attached MCC. Developed 28 scenarios of operation on SKM for plant operation with an analysis of the Shell Deer Park 12kV electrical system.

Served as a working Department Manager to develop electrical and instrument estimates for Enterprise, St. Gobain, Vopak, Nustar, Oil Tanking, Cameron/DCP Midstream, Navasota Energy and GE Energy. Functional responsibility to develop single line diagrams, substation equipment location plans, I/O indexes, instrument architecture/communication drawings, EME (Engineering Manhour Estimates) for E&I, Scopes of Work and the Basis of the Estimate.
Served as the Lead Electrical Engineer on the Nustar Project for a grass roots tank farm with metering stations. Included a 27kV Main Substation and a Powerhouse with 5kV switchgear, 4160V VFDs for 3000HP mainline pumps, 480V switchgear and 480V MCCs. 2011 Senior Electrical Engineer
Served as a Lead electrical engineer for a BP electrical substation addition on the Nakika platform in the Gulf of Mexico. Responsible for the engineering and design of a unit substation consisting of two (2) 2MVA transformers connected to a double-ended 480V, 3200A switchgear line-up. The switchgear line-up was connected to three (3) 480V MCCs that served a methanol injection skid and auxiliaries to a Gas Lift Compressor. Served as the Lead electrical engineer for an ExxonMobil offshore LNG facility off the coast of Venice, Italy. Functional responsibility for the electrical engineering, design and installation over all contractor satellite offices in Oslo, Norway, Darlington, England and Fano, Italy. Reviewed and approved all electrical specifications, contractor drawings, vendor drawings and ATEX/CE certificates. Witnessed factory testing of all electrical engineered equipment and coordinated acceptance of electrical design with the Italian Regulatory Authority in Rovigo, Italy.
Served as an electrical engineer on a technology qualification team for incorporating variable frequency drives to run 60MW motor/helper/generators on an ExxonMobil LNG project for QatarGas II. Developed the overall single line and 33kV and 11kV switchgear specifications and data sheets.

Served as an electrical engineer in the Project Services Group for overseeing the EPC contractors in the engineering and construction of three 500MW generating facilities (Heard County, Riverside and Foothills). Coordinated activities with the EPC contractors, the utility companies, and the switchyard contractors.
Assisted in three interconnect agreements for the two 345kV utility tie-ins with AEP and the 500kV utility tie-in with GTC. Developed generator step-up transformer, generator breaker and isophase bus duct specifications for the department.
