Power generation and Distribution station

Operation and maintenance of diesel generator capacity up to 1500 kw, 2500 kvar, line voltage 600 v,1500 RPM and load distribution. Operation such as preliminary check up before starting the diesel generator, exciter assembly,generator module and its control panel auxiliary equipment,maintenance of high tension switch gear, and control relays and tripping circuits.

AC&DC MOTORS: Jeumount Schneider motors in draw works and rotary table, GE 752 motors in mud pumps

Operation, running, maintenance and overhauling of AC motor and DC motor such as varnishing, changing the drive end and non drive bearing, brushes holders, cleaning of carbon brushes & commutator with electro cleaner and air.

Operation and maintenance of electrical control of hydraulic cranes such as boom lower and upper limit cut –off switch and main block lower, upper cut-off limit switch, installation of VHF antenna, load angle sensor.

HVAC System

Carrier air conditioning system-carrier 30GA120 Reciprocating type compressor

Operation, running maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC and air handling unit, fan cooling unit, temperature controller, duct heater and charging of 407 c gas, experienced in cleaning condenser coil and filters too.

Utility Equipments

Preventive and running maintenance of utility equipment such as air compressor, water boilers, pot water pump, water cooler, water heater, air drier, hot plate, dough mixer, oven, washing machine etc.
