Director, Corporate HR, Regional

Located in Abu Dhabi, reporting directly to the Regional CEO and functionally to the Head of International HR in the UAE. Oversee the strategic HR function as a member of the Regional Management Team. Also lead the 9-strong regional HR organization, managing ten direct reports. Total coverage of 8,000 employees with annual revenue of US$19.5 Million.

Key Responsibilities:

To lead all strategic HR activities across 13 countries including key markets of UAE, Oman, Bahrain and Africa and the FII Regional HR Centre of Excellence in GCC.

To lead all HR and communications aspects of two separate international restructuring projects due to business acquisitions and subsequent consolidation exercises.

To coach and mentor the region's senior management team on issues of leadership, employee engagement, diversity and work ethics.
