• Began in the Order Fulfillment / Disposition Service team, as the only SADC member assisting the FBS Upgrade effort. I was primarily responsible for System Testing, which consisted of verifying the functionality of 500+ SAP transactions. Operational Testing was also part of the upgrade, as I was given a few Test Cases to review and execute
• In May 2017, I transferred internally to Procurement: Prod Ops. Upon joining the team, I was assigned the task of PGC (Purchase Group Code) & Signature transports, as well as maintaining the Organizational Hierarchy for all of AFS. After approximately a month, I also became responsible for resolving Remedy Tickets and Restorations… which were submitted by BPA’s, on behalf of end-users

• Reviewed and approved all invoices coming into the city's AP department using the ReadSoft program, 'Verify.' This responsibility was previously a multi-person task; however, by exceeding expectations performing this role, I became the sole member of the team responsible for verifying invoices per day.
