Negotiation of subcontracts, settlement and closing out for major EPC, Maintenance contracts.
Review Subcontract conditions with Project Director / Construction Managers and assist them on resolving contractual disputes with Client / Subcontractors.
Obtaining approvals from Client for qualification of lower bided Subcontractors, for those not in the approved list of main contract with Company.
Coordination with team of quantity surveyors and re measuring the BOQs as per site physical progress.
Preparation of Contractor’s Schedule of Values for interim Payment application, and preparation of payment application,reporting of site progress, Materials at site & manpower and further negotiations with the Consultant / Client to finalize the Payment.
Certification of Sub contractor’s invoices and back to back payments to Subcontractors and maintaining invoice logs with up to date billing details to ensure cost controlling.
Evaluation of Subcontract Variation Proposals / Claims including standby costs submitted by the Subcontractors.
Evaluation of site work instructions (SWI) and Variation orders issued by client.
Interacting with the sub contractors and project management teams at site for smooth execution of the contract and resolving all the contractual disputes.
