Strategy Planning

Providing Leader ship, setting the targets, assigning the tasks and communicating to a team of subordinates consisting 33 Executives and number of labour contractors for building a relation ship and achieving the daily target.

Closing monitoring of production accounts to timely deal with performance issues.

Scheduling material procurement plans for the manufacture of Mango Pulp and Mango Slices ensuring optimum inventory level.

Monitoring the Yield of Mango recovery, ripening loss, utility and Manpower, water consumption Vs Quantity Produce.

Monitoring the records maintenance of HACCP / ISO 9001:2001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 18001.

Handling the equipment canthern, HRS (Heat resistance system) for cooling the Mango pulp from 370C to 80C
