Responsibilities
Oversee planning, resourcing, execution and supervision of the projects structural. MEP and finishing scope of works
Provide technical support to all internal divisions like estimation, design and the procurement for the smooth progress of the work
Prepare & review program of works and evaluate weekly job status by conducting weekly progress meeting
Update the Planning Department for periodical invoicing to maintain cash flow
Document QA/QC reports for all projects in line with company policy and site requirement

Responsibilities
Prepare/check/approve all the Tender documents according to the regulations and rules of the Greek State and the E.U., including all the relative documents of the General and Special Specifications of the project
Review & approve structural calculations and drawings and coordinate them with architectural and MEP drawings. Check and approve geological data and results and the dewatering proposals
Check and approve all structural Quantities Estimations and issue the final BOQ of the project (architectural and structural works)
Review and approve shop drawings for excavation, retaining walls, waterproofing and structural works of the project, and supervise execution of the works
Check and approve all Interim Payment Certificates for the Contractor, including necessary changes and variations
Evaluate work progress against time schedule and report status to the Director
Monitor compliance of Safety Rules, and monitor quality of the concrete and the rebar incorporated to the project
