Duties :

Proactive customer communication

Creation and control of manifest documents

for all service booking

Ensure Fleet controllers are informed

accurately of the service required to planned

and executed

Ensure Landfill sites are notified of off loads

booked for the next day and receive

requirement paperwork

Consolidation of the monthly engine hours

and kilometres of Enviroserv trucks

Communicate between logistics and

commercial divisions to ensure service level

are as per the customers requirement

Receive all internal and external calls for

service

Capture daily operations stats and send to

relevant stakeholders daily

Maintain Depot files and information flow

regarding depot activities

Research, filling, document preparation as

directed.

Maintain office filling system

Operate and maintain a wide variety of office

equipment (fax machine, scanners,

computers)

Send expenses to Head Office and follow up

for depot card payments
