Cost control measures and effectiveness of the same in day-to-day plant operations

Managing timely dispatches and ensuring the achievement of targets w.r.t. efficiency, rejection, downtime, resources deployment and so on

Played a key role as FSMS coordinator in the ISO certification at previous companies

Ensuring that the process, systems as well as products comply with the standard quality norms

Assuring that GMP, GHP and other standards are strictly followed

Carrying out R & D for new product development and modification in existing products as and when required
