Heading the entire operations including production, inventory, maintenance, procurement, projects, utility and so on of three manufacturing units including 3P operations

Managing inventory control and logistics functions to ensure proper receipt, storage and utilization of material as well as enabling smooth and timely movement of stocks through the network

Assessing annual requirement of material in line with core organizational objectives; guiding the Purchase Dept. in cost effective procurement from a base of reliable vendors

Sales forecasting based on average monthly sale and trend analysis from previous year sales

Daily plant works planning & monitoring for execution including production planning and control

Preparing production schedules and monitoring cost & time over-runs to ensure execution of production process within budget

Meeting the set quality objective by analyzing the data towards continuous improvement and achieving the goals for the Business Unit and the company

Conceptualizing and screening production processes, conducting feasibility studies and determining the viability based on the technical, financial & economic parameters

Plan and execute manufacturing operations in coordination with other functions; ensuring achievement of 100% production schedules on weekly bucket basis by de-bottlenecking issues with the interfacing functions

Cost control measures and effectiveness of the same in day-to-day plant operations

Managing timely dispatches and ensuring the achievement of targets w.r.t. efficiency, rejection, downtime, resources deployment and so on

Played a key role as FSMS coordinator in the ISO certification at previous companies

Ensuring that the process, systems as well as products comply with the standard quality norms

Assuring that GMP, GHP and other standards are strictly followed
