Description:
The project helps nurses and doctors to analysis the patient’s vascular dialysis history. It helps them better able to treat their patients, providers and staff. We use ETL process and the tableau reporting to provide them data they need. With the help of the Vac Trac Application, clinical operations provided a reporting solution to track immunization rates across the organization.
