Managed, directed and planned the annual campaign, raising $4.2 - $4.9 million annually, winning the Jewish Federation of North America’s Sapir Award for Campaign Excellence in 2008 and again in 2013. Lead staff person for major fund raising events each year, responsible for contracts with booking agents, venues, catering, and marketing strategies. Directed and supervised the Jewish Foundation of the Jewish Federation, with assets exceeding $44 million, distributing an average of $4 million annually and raising between
$3 - 5 million annually. Familiar with Foundation instruments, planned giving models and marketing strategies.
Founder and director of Corporate Sponsorship program that raised over $344,000 in its first 5 years, with great potential for continued growth, with staff and volunteer engagement. Supervised Financial Resource Development (FRD) professional staff including the Director of W omen’s Philanthropy and the Director of the Community Campaign and Young Leadership Development, and 3 administrative FRD staff. Lead staff member for all Israel Missions, responsible for development of itineraries, recruitment, marketing, transportation and ground arrangements, working with Israel-based ground and itinerary professionals.

Managed and developed Board of over 50 volunteers for a growing Jewish community with a Jewish population of more than 50,000 and 15 synagogues. Developed fund raising organization and volunteer team that increased fund raising results 4 fold over 9 years. Increased annual campaign from $400,000 to over $1.6 million. Founded and directed community-wide Jewish educational programming and well-attended institutes of Jewish learning for adults and teenage children.
Created new and innovative community building strategies that resulted in a more cohesive, cooperative and unified Jewish community, where a dysfunctional, non-unified, siloed community had had existed before.
Managed staff totaling 3 professional staff and 2 administrative staff. Founded Bucks County Board of Rabbis, Bucks County Synagogue/JFGP consortium, and Planning Committee that resulted in strengthening community building and outreach programs, aided in solving community disputes, and benefited fund raising in Bucks. Created innovative Super Sunday fund raising phone-a-thon organization that resulted in increased community participation, from 80 volunteers and a one-day achievement of $96,000 in 1998, to 300 volunteers and an average one-day achievement of $400,000 - $500,000 each year from 2000 – 2005.
