Experience
Owner: Innovative Design and Consulting
Since 08, we would evaluate facility management concerns (maintenance), along with some light commercial/residential building and design. Structure, hard capes, drainage, and environmental concerns.
Sr. Area Manager: for Solve-All
Facility Solutions. We were under contract by Albertsons
Super Markets, for their facility maintenance, and I was responsible for stores in Montana, Idaho, western North Dakota, Washington, and N.E. Oregon.
From 2003 to 2007.
General Manager: Duck Lake Lodge in Babb, Mt.
The facility included suites, Restaurant, Lounge, and R.V. camping
Sites, guided fishing and hunting, snowmobile trails and horseback riding.
From 1996 to 2002
Director of maintenance/operations and Warranty: I was
Responsible for all staffing, training, preparing the budget,
And maintaining within, for several multi-family
Communities, ranging from 90 to 520 units, including all
Grounds, recreation facility. These were all in the
Puget Sound area between Everett, and Tacoma Washington:
Ranging from 15 to 23 communities, for Premiere Management, and Bayridge Properties.
From 1989 to 1996
Project Manager / Superintendent
In this position, I was employed by three different large
general contracting firms: Mueller Development,
Professional Builders Multi-Family Commercial, and Lincoln
Properties. My responsibilities were from the beginning:
Earthwork to the final CO’s: Operating within the budget,
Scheduling contractors, overseeing staff and working with
City and county officials. These Multi-Family communities
Ranged from three to fifteen million, and in size from 48 to 354 units.
1975 to 1989
Education
Education has played a significant role in my career advancement, combined with my field experience.
My educational drive is still high, as I continue to seek out knowledge. I attended Green River Community College in Auburn, Washington, where I studied business management, and structural engineering, and maintained a 3.60 average. Also attended Ashford University Online Bachelor of Arts Environmental studies.
1999-200 I attended Salish Kootenai College in Pablo Montana. I furthered my education in business management, and some additional computer class’s, and some general studies, with
a 3.83 GPA.
