• Establish purchasing and supply attributes for all material (includes process equipment’s, infrastructure, QC Lab equipment’s) and maintain within the internal system.

• Update supplier files to include all appropriate documents and appropriate signatures for each as events occur. Review these files weekly to ensure files are update.

• Document the end to end lead time from forecast to point of usage with specific detail on each step for internal materials.

• Pull appropriate resources together to meet deadlines if held by Supplier, or Quality.

• Participate in researching and negotiating purchases. Compile price data from various suppliers and assist in preparing formal purchase documents.

• Serve as a liaison between the Company and the suppliers. Monitor price in the marketplace to ensure that the Company is using the lowest cost provider.

• Responsible for managing Procurement activities of direct materials and miscellaneous items (Local and Exports).

• Authorized for the Procure to pay Cycle(P2P): Preparation of PO’s through “SAP”, informing the same to vendors, follow ups on deliveries of materials.

• Maintain open purchase orders to ensure accurate delivery dates are reflected and perform system maintenance activities as required (entry of standard cost, lead times, part attributes, suppliers, etc.)

• Support regional category managers with target pricing and reports needed for strategic sourcing initiatives.

• Responsible for project coordination/communication to key internal/external stakeholders, supplier integration and ensure on-time in full(OTIF) project delivery.

• Worked with the P&D team to ensure cost effective product. Co-ordination with Quality team for resolution of quality issues/ rejections, CAPA preparation from vendors and raising the change control related to direct materials.
