Currently working as a Product Development Engineer of special and custom made surgical instruments for a leading company in Spine Surgery tools. This job responsibility includes

markup creation,

costing of product,

CAD development,

Risk assessment and other documentations, and

Engineering Change Order (ECO), project setup in Agile PLM software.

Managing a team of 7 members.

Concept Design and hand drawn sketching.

Our team was able to reduce the timeline to about 40% in the design and Development phase.

Module Leader for CSI offshore team and CLW team.

Design of plastic closures and compression mold parts for closures. Concept development of futuristic closures like BBBSR technology for CSD and Ultra-light closures for water. Quality control of the drawings. Data cleanup for CFD analysis for water cooling and venting system in compression molding tool. Rapid prototyping of the closures and finishes. Developed air assisted ejection system of closures.

Digitization of Electric Locomotive engines for Chittaranjan Locomotive Works. Design of driver’s cab for fitting of air conditioning. On-site project execution. Generation and validation of BOM of various systems of WAG-9 and WAP-5 Locomotive.
