Assurant Solutions – December 2015 – Present

Root Cause Analysis – Retrieved and identified non-conforming devices; process errors using root cause analysis procedures before correcting and returning devices to the proper locations

Inman’s Auto Towing – May 2015 – September 2015

Level 3 Dispatcher – Received incoming calls from customers and the local police department for vehicle towing; dispatched tow truck operators to the proper location within a timely manner. Took payment information from customers and filed proper paperwork into the company computer system.

Texas Health Resources – August 2014 – May 2015

Food Service Worker I – Prepared and delivered daily meal trays to hospital patients, collected finished plates and washed them. Stocked doctor lounges with food and drink, and rotated old stock out. Cleaned and maintained kitchen dish room daily.

UNT Kerr Hall Cafeteria – September 2013 - February 2014

Food Service Worker – Cleaned and maintained self-serve beverage station, prepped and cooked pizza for the pizza line, served food from the grill during dinner rush and cleaned stations before end of shift.

Extended Stay America – May 2013 - September 2013

Night Laundry/Clerk – Wash and fold collected hotel laundry. Checked in and out guests as needed, and set up grab and go breakfast on time in the morning.
