Preparation of all PPAP documents such as Process Layout, Control Plan, Process Flow Diagram, Failure Mode Effective Analysis for current and development products.

Develop the Jig-Fixture for current and new products.

Detailing the components production process as per drawing sheet for operators knowledge.

Transformation of customer drawing into Production/Manufacturing drawing.
