Quality control engineer/Manager, Engineering company BHPEnergo, Minsk BHPEnergo – strong engineering company does projects of any complexity. I was involved to this company from the moment of opening office in Minsk. Office worked on huge industrial complex and as part of this team I had many tasks and opportunity to professional grow. Using my fast learning skill allowed me to learn many interesting aspects and applications. It was a job with great responsibility in a very fast rhythm. Some of my functions were:

• As quality control engineer my main function was to verify project has no mistakes after combining all results in one. I did 3D models of constructions and any according elements and combined them into one big assembly to make sure that there will not be any mistakes on build stage. If mistake was found – I made a report with detailed information where is the problem to fix it as fast as possible. I did this because when departments do very well their own parts separate it does not guarantee perfect final result of full project. As the result was found critical mistakes before final stage and project was successfully done. This helped me to learn how to be multitasking and how to see full picture of project having small pieces of puzzle.

• Another function was to buy and manage all electronic devices, make and manage local network. To do this I learned many materials from internet. This gave me knowledge’s about devices compatibility and one very helpful skill – how to find any needed information fast.

• One of another function was to make high quality and good readable documentation and work with finances. I did all documentation in Microsoft Office suite but as part of self-studying program I made protected, easy readable and well organized database in MySQL on remote server with all employees, personal and contact info, all devices they use in office, and their salaries. These functions helped me to learn lots new about technologies and to work using structured information.

• One of another function was planning budget and make finance reports. This function gave me experience in time management, being very accurate, work within budget and great attention to details.

Reason to leave – moving to the USA.
