Mr. Aguirre’s professional history extends over a period of twenty five years including extensive

hands-on experience directly involved in the construction industry. His experience includes a

working knowledge of Federal, State, local and County government regulations along with the

applicable ASTM standards. Mr. Aguirre is also very familiar with the OSHA and MSHA Safety

rules, holding a 10 and 30Hr. OSHA Construction Safety Trainers Authorization Certificate.

Over the last several years, Mr. Aguirre has been directly involved with major diverse

construction projects in the Mining Industry in National and International Projects.

Mr. Aguirre has been the QA/QC Manager in projects like Construction of Process Plants,

Tailing Storage Facilities construction and management, Leach Pads, HDPE liner placement

inspection and nondestructive and destructive testing, earthwork and asphalt concrete projects

ranging from city street to heavy highway construction to large scale commercial projects.

Within these projects, Mr. Aguirre has worked closely with local engineers, contractors, site

superintendents, and city building officials to effectively and efficiently complete projects in

time and within budget.

Cushion Devices, Guard Rails, Culverts and Highway Signs over I-80, I-15, I-215, SR-84 and I-

40.

This was a two year Project .(2014-2015).

Worked as a Construction Inspector over the Reconstruction of I-215 East and West Corridors,

and also over the Reconstruction of Mountain View Corridor. (2016-2017).

Project Manager for the construction of a 10.2 million square feet Copper Leach Pad at the

Phoenix Mine, Newmont Mining Corporation, Battle Mountain, Nevada.

• QA Supervisor for 10 QC field and lab Technicians in the construction of three 5.0

million sq. feet each Copper Leach Pads at the “Piedras Verdes” project in Alamos,

Sonora, Mexico.

• QA Supervisor for the construction of 4 leach Pads at the Hycroft Gold Mine in

Winnemucca, NV. For a total of 8.6 million square feet.

• QA Supervisor for 20 field and lab Technicians and three Different Lab firms in the

construction of a Process Plant, Haul Roads and Tailings Storage Facility and the Mine

Maintenance Facility at the “El Boleo” Copper and Cobalt Mine in Santa Rosalia, Baja

California Sur, Mexico. 16 months project. (1.2 Billion dollar Project)
