Job Description

Prepare and quote BOQ for interior, landscaping and fit out works as per specification and scope of work for Lump sum and Re-measurable projects.

Highlight area of scope as per BOQ for preparing shop drawings and material sample approval.

Send quotation to suppliers for pricing joinery works of counters and secondary structure for facade works. Comparing supplier’s price for pricing and for procurement of material and coordinating with procurement engineer for purchasing.

Estimate budget for interior, landscaping and fit out works as per specification and tender drawings. Prepare quantity for procurement of material as per approved BOQ and drawings.
