Lead and directed numerous projects, including renovations and group and staff relocation, for example renovating a historic hospital wing to meet current city code requirements and moving the team
Manage the relocation of research laboratories with millions of dollars in equipment
Oversee expenditures against the physical year budget by preparing and submitting reports, as well as providing the payments for standing purchase orders
Navigate and utilize a complex financial system that includes multiple funding streams ranging from education and healthcare to research budgets
