GE Power Services – Senior Forecasting Manager May 2016 – Present
Promoted to position to integrate Steam Turbine and Generator product lines into the business Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by developing parts and repairs forecasts in collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, Comm Ops, Marketing and Finance to provide accurate estimates of parts and repairs demand.
Accomplishments:
Oversaw a project to develop a new Steam Turbine repairs forecast model resulting in an average accuracy improvement of 56% and $4.9MM in variable cost productivity for the business
Worked with IT contract support team to automate the Steam Turbine & Generator repairs forecasting process reducing the forecast processing time by ~500 hours annually providing ~$10k in contractor cost productivity
Facilitated the development of Tableau dashboards for all of my forecasts published quarterly to provide greater visibility across the business
GE Power Services – Project Sourcing Leader June 2014 – May 2016
Promoted to position to perform and manage sourcing activities for assigned Performance Services Projects (PSP) including Inquiry to Order (ITO) & Order to Remittance (OTR) activities.
Accomplishments:
Delivered $3.1MM of project savings in 2015 versus a $2MM goal by driving the selection of lower cost suppliers and negotiating pricing of key parts on various projects
Drove fulfillment for a Gas Turbine forecast campaigns as the sourcing leader with projected saving of roughly $10MM
Drove the sourcing fulfillment strategy for $90MM in parts for a Gas Turbine retrofit project for one of GE’s largest customers in India

Drove on-time delivery and purchase order management as a buyer/expediter to manage fulfillment risks in the part Conversions, Modification, and Uprates (CM&U) commodity cell.
Accomplishments:
Achieved 91% on-time delivery (OTD) - 2.7% above average for all CM&U PO lines
Improved suppliers’ delivery dates by 14.7 days on average
Fulfilled on CM&U projects that contributed to 8.6% deflation or $4.5MM - 3% above op plan
