The system accepts user details as input as provides a policy rate based on details provided. Policy data validations were provided as web services in PRPC. The system can be used for auto, motorcycle, commercial and recreational vehicles and was customized to use in 6 U.S states. I was involved in development and testing of the system.

Analyzed requirements to develop class hierarchy, rules and validations in Pega rules process commander.

Was part of the team which developed an insurance claim support system for Aetna using Pegareach professional and Pegareach workbench.

The Aetna strategic desktop system can be used by support person to search for member and provider details while taking a call. The system has features to get details of members, plans, prior contacts and member eligibility. Other features include display selected member claims, display details of a claim, rework & route a claim, accumulators and automatic adjudication of claims.

Was part of the team which developed development marketplace website, which is used for funding by the World Bank. The system lets authorized users to raise requests for projects, review the projects and select eligible projects.
