During Erection and Commissioning of the Plant:

To co-ordinate with supplier to install ETP (Effluent treatment plant), RO plant, Pneumatic Conveying System, Plant Dust Collection System.

Alignment of different Screw conveyors, Feeders, Rotary air locks, pneumatic cylinders, gear boxes, burners, blowers.

During Operation of plant.

Monitor and control of each and every system parameters like, conveyor speed, conveying air pressure, cooling water temperature, pressure and flow. If any type of abnormality found, inform to superiors and take necessary action.
