STARS Merger/Acquisition – identify all necessary solutions and data storage points that STARS will need to merge from the CoreLogic Network to PHH Mortgage Network. Document data conversion requirements for Exchange, File Share, SkipJack solutions. Present current telecom capabilities and configurations along with network layout documentation.

Project Underwriting Solution – create new client facing website and back office solution to manage new business, production workflow and accounting transactions.

Office Relocation – Create floor plans, select vendors including furniture, technology and electrical. Document relocation processes, test network systems and ensure floor plan is set up as required.

Oracle Database Implementation -implement financial accounting solution to manage, track and report on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Tax database redesign – oversee creation of new enterprise tax database software with enhancements, data conversion and build out of accounting functions.

Data Warehouse – create enterprise wide software solution using a relational database (DB2) to produce client and business reporting

Enterprise Wide Automation - implement new software to automate processes to reduce manual tasks and headcount

Network redundancy and failover test – identify key systems, create test scripts and ensure failover equipment is functional

Establish standards for measuring customer experience. Define requirements for production output including reporting, document issuance and billing standards. Implemented new Exchange environment.

Researched solutions to replicate data offsite as part of the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity plan. Compared features, usability, administrative capabilities, and costs. Identified co-location facility, implemented MPLS lines, conducted training, and performed failover testing.

Implemented a new full AL3 policy download in collaboration with the company’s largest business partners, USAA, Amica, Liberty Mutual, for a B2B data-sharing download. Gathered reporting requirements, researched and compared options, and facilitated demonstrations. Managed all vendors and worked with business partners to implement a successful solution. The company is now certified in one of the most-used policy management systems and can offer the service to other large business partners.

Companywide Leadership:

Implemented new financial insurance software solution that provides insurance underwriting rules, claims management and reporting, policy issuance, billing and invoicing along with document policy printing capabilities.

Create new client facing website for insurance quoting, policy management and payment processing. Collaborated with industry leaders such as USAA, to collect requirements, facilitate meetings for testing results and implement.

Convert 11 million documents to imaged documents. Identify vendor to perform imaging, negotiate contract, design implementation process and schedule and outline quality assurance checks to ensure accurate results. Design new imaging solution requirements and perform staff training.

Spearheaded office relocation to a new facility including relocating staff; managing existing vendors and new contractors; purchasing, installing, and testing new phone and data systems; designing new server room and training facility; and coordinating workers, inspections, and fire and burglar alarms. Accomplished the move of all staff and equipment with no problems and no unexpected downtime or loss of data. – Awarded the President’s Award including a paid vacation to Disney for successful, seamless relocation of staff, technology and implementation of new floor plan designs.

Created and implemented five-year strategic plans for IT, Operations, and System programming and testing, in support of the company’s plan. Outlined a new culture, designed company’s new mission and vision statements, created new employee benefit packages, and established department and company scorecards outlining achievements and challenges. Implemented new company branding requirements, mapped out processes to increase bench strength, created a training plan for the management team, and outlined disaster recovery and business continuity requirements.

Established a new office in Pennsylvania including selecting and installing new phone system, purchasing supplies and equipment, overseeing voice and data drops, conducting training, and connecting the new office with the headquarters in New Jersey.

Researched options and implemented a technology solution that allowed remote agents to work from home, as a response to a hiring surge and limited space within the existing facility. The chosen solution has allowed the company’s remote agent pool to continue to grow.
