Process Control Checks

oTemperature Control – ensuring each pallet of raw material is being controlled via temperature control sheet.

oRandom Metal Detector - ensure all production line detectors are working correctly and all checks have been carried out correctly.

oTraceability – ensure all products from raw material intake, throughout the process to despatch are stored correctly with traceability label.

oTemperature of Chill Monitoring – ensure all temperatures have been taken by hand and recorded every 4 hours.

Production Quality Checks

oCarry out full organoleptic assessment on each product type


oHand swabs – ensure random samples taken, recorded and reported

oEnvironmental Swabbing – carry out swabbing of all planed areas

oWater Sampling

oProduct Micro Sampling – Microbac Daily Samples sent for analysis


oTemperature Probe Calibrations – ensure all temperature probes are verified on a daily basis

oScale Calibrations – ensure all scales on site are verified prior to and after production


oGlass / Glass-like audits – ensure weekly/monthly glass & plastic audit is completed

General Duties
