Technical Expertise
Inspects, aligns, troubleshoots, and repairs PMEL standards, common and weapon system peculiar TMDE.
Inspects TMDE for preventive maintenance, cleanliness, and safety requirements
Performs maintenance using theories of operation, block diagrams, schematics, logic trees, and software diagnostics.
Uses continuous improvement functions (Lean initiatives), which increase efficiency, solve problems, generate cost savings and improve quality
Performs advanced troubleshooting to determine root cause for equipment malfunctions and provides recommendation for corrective action(s)
Performs modifications, improvements and recommendations to existing systems
Illustrates expertise in troubleshooting and repairing a faulty component in a spectrum analyzer; resulting in returning equipment fully functional to customer.
Demonstrates hard work ethic by aligning customer’s only measurement receiver to within manufacturer specifications; thus increasing customer’s frequency calibration capabilities to 50GHz.
