• Each Thursday, I would place company supply order which was delivered on Friday. I would distribute all supplies when received.

• Assigned job numbers to Firestar jobs as requested by estimators for the Norcross, Ellijay and Macon job locations. Then enter job numbers into CRM and email that job number to the correct individuals.

• Created job files for each job assigned to the Norcross and Ellijay locations then distributed.

• Created company questionnaires for each sign off that was sent to me, using Mail Merge.

• Processed all incoming questionnaires by grading, stamping, looking up information, then typing that information on the questionnaire. They were then scanned into PVault after which I would route to the proper people and then index. The questionnaire information was then entered into an Excel spreadsheet.

• Was responsible for closing out and filing "declined" jobs by making sure there were no remaining job costs and making folder for it.

• Accepted any jobs that were assigned via Xactnet for the proper estimator.

• When homeowner complaint letter was received, I date stamped, made copies for Paul Young, the administrative assistant and the estimator. Ms. Thacker received all originals. I would make sure the job number was on the top copy.

• Any customer complaint calls were written down on Mr. Young and Ms. Thacker's message board and also an email was sent to both of them, the correct estimator, and I would cc Faith Guillory.

• Each Friday, I would create the sign in sheets for the Accounting department and also the Administrative staff.

• Locked up all checks in the "vault" every Friday afternoon.
